I’m so happy that this just launched documentary is getting people’s attention 😊
Longevity, healthy eating habits, exercise, mental health need to be more and more understood by the general population so we can make a change. So that people will adapt a healthier way of living TODAY in order to live well the last years of their lives later.

It’s easy to watch, and not long at all.
Dan Buettner uses simple language, ans interviews lively and smiling centuagenarians, while giving the facts behind their lifestyle choices, and therefore long healthy lives.
It’s a chopped-down version, ready for mass consumption.
Hopefully after watching it more and more people will start to investigate, learn more, and eventually change their lives.
And I hope you will, too.
