Global consumer use of wearables — devices that collect health information such as lifestyle and vitals — dropped from 33% in 2018 to just 18% in 2020, according to a new Accenture survey. The survey also found that consumers’ use of mobile devices and applications for health management decreased from 48% in 2018 to 35% in 2020.
